Document Verification — Fraud Se Bachne Ka Tariqa

1. NOC Check Karein

Har society ka NOC (No Objection Certificate) relevant authority se milna chahiye:

NOC check karne ke liye authority ki website par jayen, society ka naam search karein. Approved NOC wali society hi consider karein.

2. Fard (Records of Rights)

Fard malak ki verification ke liye zaroori hai. Aurd (Rectification of Mutation), Inteqal (Mutation), aur Gardawari (Cultivation Rights) records patwari se milte hain. Online Punjab Land Record Authority (PLRA) ki website se verify kar sakte hain.

3. Transfer Letter Ya Registry

Society ki transfer letter (DHA, Bahria, etc.) ya registry (LDA approved scheme) dono valid hain. Verify karein ke transfer society ki office mein hua hai, registered document hai, aur previous owner ka naam clear hai.
