BMI Kya Hai Aur Kaise Calculate Hota Hai?

Body Mass Index (BMI) ek simple measurement hai jo batata hai ke aap ka weight aap ki height ke mutabiq healthy hai ya nahi. BMI ka formula bohot simple hai: BMI = weight (kg) ÷ height² (m²). Example: agar aap ka weight 70 kg hai aur height 1.75 m, to BMI = 70 ÷ (1.75 × 1.75) = 70 ÷ 3.06 = 22.9, jo healthy range mein hai.

BMI World Health Organization (WHO) ka standard tool hai jo doctors worldwide use karte hain. Yeh obesity, malnutrition, aur weight-related health risks assess karne mein madad karta hai.
