Gulf EOSB / Gratuity Calculator Kaise Kaam Karta Hai?

Gulf countries (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain) mein jab kisi employee ki service khatam hoti hai — chahe resignation ho, termination ho, ya contract complete ho — to employer ko usay ek lump-sum amount dena hota hai jise End of Service Benefits (EOSB) ya gratuity kehte hain. Is liye Bahrain ke liye traditional gratuity calculator nahi, balke contribution calculator banaya jata hai.

UAE mein resignation se gratuity kam ho jaati hai?
Nahi. February 2022 ke Federal Decree-Law No. 33 ke baad, UAE mein resignation aur termination par gratuity same hai. Pehle 1980 law mein unlimited contract par resignation se gratuity kam ho jaati thi, lekin ab yeh rule khatam ho gaya hai.
Saudi Arabia mein "actual wage" ka kya matlab hai?
Saudi Labour Law Article 84 ke mutabiq "actual wage" mein basic salary ke saath saath tamam fixed aur regular allowances (jaise nature-of-work allowance, risk allowance, housing allowance agar fixed ho) shamil hain. Performance bonuses, commissions, overtime ya one-off incentives shamil nahi hote.
Gratuity par tax lagta hai?
Gulf countries khud koi personal income tax nahi lagate. Lekin aap ke home country (USA, UK, India, Canada, etc.) mein aap ki tax-residency status par tax lag sakta hai. India ke NRIs ke liye Gulf ki gratuity generally tax-free hai. USA citizens/green-card holders ko worldwide income report karni parti hai.
Service mein kya included hota hai?
Continuous service ka matlab hai ke employee ne bina break kaam kiya hai. Temporary absences (annual leave, sick leave, maternity leave) shamil hoti hain. Agar aap ne beech mein koi long break liya hai ya company change ki hai, to har stint alag se calculate hoga.
